We would politely ask that if you are unable to keep your reservation that you give our team 5 days notice. Should the reservation be cancelled within 5 days we reserve the right to charge full cost of the reservation.

We would politely ask that if you are unable to keep your treatment appointment that you give our team 48 hours notice. Should the treatment be cancelled within 48 hours we reserve the right to charge full cost of the booking. We treat gift vouchers as cash, so we ask you to bring this with you on day of arrival.
